Bophut

Beach ,Koh samui

It is in the Northern part of Koh Samui. Bophut is full of old Thailand charm and innovative Samui style. Bophut is the perfect location for couples, honeymooners, and families who is looking for a place to rest and would like to spend a wonderful holiday. FishermanVillage is located in this area. The inhabitants in this area are a mixture of Thai and Chinese families, also exhibiting the island's French past. Old houses have retained to a boutique cafe and shops. It is a romantic location to visit. Samui Heritage Resort is located nearby a beautiful, peaceful, and romantic area. It is a good ideal to sleep away from noisy Chaweng or Lami. In the day time just only 3 minutes walk to FishermanVillage and BophutBeach. Family likes this area because they feel secure having their children play on a safe beach without strong waves and having plenty of activities and water sports for the grown-ups. is opened every Friday evening. People enjoy shopping a local foods and local products.

 

Lamai Beach,Koh samui

Not far from Chanweng Beach and more quite place. Lamai is the second largest beach and entertainment area on Koh Samui. Resort and area is look slightly older fashion than Chaweng. Bookshops, coffee places and bars are plenty for your enjoyment.

 

Lipa Noi and Taling Ngam

Far away, rocky beaches are scattered but unbelievably scenic. A few number of tourists than any other beaches. It is a quiet and remote.

 
Big Buddha

In the North of Koh Samui you will find a 12 meter high statue on a tiny islet connected to Koh Samui by a causeway. Big Buddha beach is a quiet beach with very calm water. Tourist likes to visit the area in the evening before sunset. The sky is full with red-orange color. It is very beautiful scenery. Also worship the Biggest Buddha status of Koh Samui.


Bangrak Beach,koh samui

 

A numerical catamaran and speed boat piers. It is a center of water transportation to Koh Pha-Ngun. The area is close to Big-Buddha. The evening market is very interesting. Many local and traditional Thai foods and raw materials are selling here. At night bars and nice restaurants are open. Bangrak today is developed and waiting for tourist visit.

 
Cheng Mon Beach,koh samui

It is in the North-East of Koh Samui. It is not a crowded place as Chaweng and Lamai. But it is very close to the Airport, Pier(s)


Meanam Beach,koh samui

It is one of beautiful beach and clean water. Well known as a dive and windsurfing centers. It is secluded but with coarse sand. There are small restaurants along the coast and along the main road continues for 4 kilometers. The most famous food for this area is Ka-Nom-Cheen (Coconut curry on the top of Thai style noodle eat with vegetables)

 
Nathon,koh samui

It is the hub of Koh Samui. The administrative capital of Koh Samui is located in the area. Old town style accommodation and low cost. Seatran ferry pier from the main land (Don Sak) is available and the departure pier to Angtong National Marine Park is located near by. You can find banks, post offices, restaurants, stores and shops here. Nathon also has a walking street every Saturday, more than 40 local Samui people are open their little shop and people from all around the island enjoy shopping foods and clothes.
