Not responding to letters from web-site
I stayed at the hotel and most likely forgot my glasses and earphones. I wrote a letter to info@... Asking if the found my belongings in a room or by the pool. Nobody answered. This shows bad attitude to the guest. I will never come back and will advice on booking.com never go this hotel!!!

Dear Mr. Oleg

We apologise for late reply. We had looked for your earphone and sunglasses. Unfortunately, we can"t find your belongings. PerPerhaps they were not fallen in the room and at the pool. Incase there is guest"belonging left in our hotel our staff can send to the front office and inform the guest ASAP. In your case, we never found them.

We are so sorry for your inconvience.
